KAZÉ reserves the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where misuse, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms is suspected.

2. Terms of Sale
Orders & Availability
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment verification. KAZÉ reserves the right to decline or cancel orders where fraud is suspected, or correct pricing errors.
If a purchased product becomes unavailable, KAZÉ will notify the customer and provide:
- A replacement product of equal value, or
- A full refund.
Pricing & Payments
All prices are displayed in AED. Card payments are securely processed through ZIINA. WhatsApp orders may also be completed via Bank Transfer or ZIINA Payment Links. Cash on Delivery is not accepted.
Promotions & Offers
Promotions, discounts, bundles, gifts, and campaigns may have specific terms.
Unless stated otherwise:
- Offers cannot be combined.
- Promotions are subject to availability.
- KAZÉ may modify or cancel promotions at any time.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only. Delivery may be affected by courier operations, weather, public holidays, remote locations, and events outside KAZÉ’s control.
KAZÉ is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier providers. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
Product Care
Customers must store and use KAZÉ products according to the Product Care & Storage guidelines.
KAZÉ is not responsible for damage caused by improper storage, heat exposure, direct sunlight, freezing temperatures, or incorrect usage.
Returns and Refunds
All purchases are subject to the KAZÉ Returns and Refunds Policy.
This includes:

- Return period
- Refund process
- Damaged product procedures
KAZÉ reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the stated requirements.
Fragrance Performance & Individual Skin Chemistry
Fragrance performance may vary from person to person. The way a fragrance smells, develops, projects, and lasts on the skin can be influenced by individual skin chemistry, body temperature, skin type, hydration levels, natural oils, and other personal factors.
The same fragrance may therefore smell different or have varying levels of projection and longevity on different individuals. Environmental conditions, such as temperature and humidity, may also affect fragrance performance.
KAZÉ does not guarantee a specific level of longevity, projection, sillage, or scent development on an individual’s skin, as these characteristics are naturally subject to personal and environmental conditions.
Customers are responsible for following KAZÉ’s recommended Product Care & Storage instructions to help preserve the fragrance in optimal condition. Failure to store or handle the product properly may affect its quality and performance.
3. General Provisions
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, KAZÉ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid for the applicable order.
Governing Law
These Terms of Sale and Website Use shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
